I am a senior chemist who has been working in Laboratory of Racing Chemistry (LRC), Japan for 5 years. I earned my PhD from the Graduate School of Life Science at Hokkaido University in 2012. I then held two postdoctoral positions: one in the David Crich Lab in the Department of Chemistry at Wayne State University and the other one in the Hisashi Yamamoto Lab at Chubu University. After serving as an assistant professor in the Department of Health Science, School of Medicine at Hokkaido University from 2015 to 2018 and gaining experience at an OMICS-based contract analysis company, I joined LRC in 2021. Since then, I have been engaged in doping-control testing. Throughout my career, I have specialized in chemistry, particularly analytical chemistry including metabolomics, lipidomics and glycomics, as well as organic and pharmaceutical chemistry.
